UNIVERSITIES CANADA

We worked with Universities Canada to design a workplace that reflects their mission of connection, inclusivity, and innovation. The activity-based work environment offers a variety of settings — from community tables and collaboration hubs to private offices and focus rooms — all with sit-stand desking as the standard.

At the heart of the office is a bright, flexible community hub with a café, lounge, and meeting space that transforms easily for events. Sustainability and inclusivity were key drivers, with LEED, WELL, and Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility principles guiding the design. Biophilic elements, moss walls, and a quiet/multi-faith room further support wellness and diversity, creating a vibrant and adaptable workplace for the Universities Canada team.
