W Dental Studio

After meeting our down-to-earth clients, Dr. Al Khalili and Dr. Daftary, we felt that this ‘boutique’ dental office was going to be something special.

They purchased the building at 270 Richmond Road in Westboro and turned to Parallel 45 Design Group Ltd. to redevelop it into a dream dental office. Not only for their patients (hello, heated massage dental chairs), but also for their staff and themselves to work in. We knew that the floor-to-ceiling windows along the front facade needed to tell a story from day to night. We used oversized light fixtures visible from the street to illuminate the large waiting area and large-format gloss finished marble wall tile trimmed in bright copper for added brilliance. Warm woods and copper tones offer a nice contrast to the modern grey, white, and black details throughout the space.
